1 lb. Ricotta
1 lb. Cream Cheese
Graham cracker crust
( according to package directions )
Juice of one lemon
Juice of one lime
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
TOPPING:
400 mL sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
Prepare graham cracker crust; set aside.
Mix all ingredients together in food processor until smooth and pour into crust.
Bake at 375 or 350 for 45-50 min.
Take it out and cool for 1/2 hour.
Topping: combine sour cream with 1 tbsp vanilla and pour over cake. Spread to edges. Put in oven at 350 for 15 min. Cool for one hour and refrigerate.
Garnish with shaved chocolate or fruit.
